We’re on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative to join our team of 50+ problem-solvers in creating great products hand in hand with our US-based Clients in complex, high-stakes industries like MedTech and EdTech. This role is critical in turning curiosity into real opportunities and making sure that the right clients discover what we can achieve together.

As an SDR, you’ll be at the very start of this journey, opening doors to new partnerships, sparking first conversations, and fueling a pipeline that helps us build lasting collaborations. You need to be comfortable talking to the decision-makers who value security, compliance, and solid engineering.

Highlights

  • Bonus - 5% commission in addition to the base salary.

  • Impact - Build and own our outbound engine from scratch, collaborating directly with the COO & CEO.

  • Work-life balane - 26 days of paid holiday per year and an additional sick leave or special leave days.

  • Location - Hybrid would be best, but remote works for us, too!

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Operate independently
Operate as a high-performing, independent hunter, partnering directly with our COO and CEO.

  • Own the outbound engine

  • Quality leads

  • Build meaningful first connections
Engage with potential clients, uncover their needs, and open the door to long-term partnerships by turning cold outreach into trusted relationships.

  • Drive outbound prospecting strategies
Leverage cold emails, phone outreach, and personalized social engagement across different channels to reach your targets effectively.

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts
Focus on key decision-makers at your target accounts.

  • Iterate with data
Use metrics and insights to optimize your campaigns and boost conversion rates. We value facts and results over "sweet-talking" or empty activity.

We might be a great match for each other... if you have essential skills, experience, and attitude:

  • proven US market track record
    e

  • experience with no-database hunting
a proven ability to generate high-quality leads from scratch without the support of an existing database, marketing lists, or inbound leads.

  • consultative discovery mindset
and willingness to uncover and understand client pain points and match our software services to their needs

  • technical independence
you know and implement your own tools (CRM, data tools, sequencing) to stay organized and efficient

  • skill in tailoring outreach
across channels, from cold calls to creative outbound campaigns, to engage diverse audiences

  • strong sense of ownership and self-management
you’ll be operating independently, owning your prospecting process end-to-end

  • data-driven approach
you use metrics and insights to continuously optimize outreach, boost conversion rates, and make informed decisions

  • a great communicator
you are able to walk others through your thinking process and convey your ideas and information in a respectful, concise, and easy-to-understand manner

  • proactive and vocal
you’re proactive and disruptive of the status quo, you don't shy away from sharing your ideas and proposing changes

  • eager to learn
you are a self-driven fast learner, eager to discover new things (some of which go beyond your skills), and master the ones you already know

  • ready for responsibility
you are not afraid of taking responsibility for the solutions delivered when equipped with the tools and knowledge
